How to find alternative materials for home decorating and decorating at low cost

Introduction:

In this project,I will show you, how to create alternative materials for the industry, which is the material of paper concrete, it is very easy and fun to work.  It can be made from at least 60% recycled paper with cement.  Paper concrete can be used to make all kinds of things, to create bricks to build houses, walls, tables, and seats - most of the things, you can create using ordinary concrete and bricks.  In this project I will show you, how to create a simple mixture of paper to make vegetable utensils.  Papercrete is very safe and should last forever.

Step 1 : Materials and tools

Materials :

All you will need as a minimum for the manufacture of paper concrete

Paper - such as newspapers or cardboard.  I think A4 paper and cardboard is the easiest way to create the required thread.
Cement has used 2 kg of quick cement, but the traditional is the use of standard Portland cement, giving you more time to mix and form with paper-based concrete before bonding is difficult to work on.  Also another type where sand mixes with its exterior appearance will be rough texture, but will be more solid and durable and resistant to fire.

Tools :

Bucket or basin - to prepare a paper-based paste
Mix or use your hand to shred paper into small pieces and use it as it is, but the smaller the paper the better, it will mix well with the cement.
Plastic containers - for use as molds for molded forms.

Step 2 : Prepare the paper and immerse it with water

To start, shred the paper into small-sized portions where it will be best to knead. Once the paper is completely shredded, add it to the bucket or tub and add water, about 3 liters of water per 1 gallon of paper, until all the paper is covered and submerged, not necessarily  Water measurement You can add water later

Leave the mixture for at least one day or more, preferably two to three days, allowing the paper to become completely moist and smooth, making it easier to mix

Step 3 : Paper kneading

After the paper has been shredded and the water added, you can knead it.  You use the blender, but you can also use the manual mixer. If you can not use these tools or can not use them, you can knead the paper as manually as possible, but get the best results on the paper

Step 4 : Cement additive and cement mixture

Add cement to the pulp, sometimes you need to add more ingredients, such as cement or water, to get full consistency, and practice will help you learn
Remove a 2 kg bag of cement powder onto the pulp and mix well (as soon as possible if the resistive cement is used). I recommend using ordinary Portland cement so that the mixture does not dry quickly.  I used a spoon to mix the paper.  If you find it difficult to move the mixture, add a little water carefully until it is easy to move - but try to keep it tight

I used several different plastic containers to make shapes, such as empty empty empty pots and empty butter basins.  It is recommended that you lubricate your containers to help prevent paper from sticking to the mold.  Pour some vegetable oil into a bowl and place it all over the mold.  Then gently press on the paper in the molds, and put a layer inside each vase to make the shapes.  Make the walls very thin, as the thickness of the shapes is up to you.  If you are also creating botanical objects - you must add any openings

Step 5 : Remove the shapes and leave them dry

You can safely and safely remove the paper forms from the templates after about 24 hours.  You can put them out in the sun to continue drying and stiffening.  I lifted it up a bit until it tasted good.  Color them.  Where it is now safe to use!  After about two days or so you can use it for planting

Step 6 : The end result is more tips and ideas

These are the forms of paper-based concrete made during this project, filled with soils, cactuses and plants for decoration

 Some ideas to consider
Coloring - You can try adding paint or cement coloring to grainy colors.
Painting - You can easily paint the paper-based concrete projects after completion.
Unwanted Additives - Some people who add some unwanted recycled material, such as scraped plastic waste, to reuse these materials in a more useful way, must be avoided

 - There are kinds of things that we can manufacture using alternative building materials such as paper, creating sculptures, buildings, furniture, and more
